Top poker news of the week: Glaser's phenomenal record, autumn championships finale and new PPPOKER format

The final days of September draw a line under the most action-packed tournament marathon of the year in online poker. As the final key hands of multi-million dollar festivals are being played out on flagship sites, a global movement of bankrolls has already begun in the market. Free liquidity is rapidly returning to regular cash game tables, while mobile apps greet players with fresh game disciplines and record-breaking rakeback deals.

🏆 British mixed games genius Benny "RunGodlike" Glaser etched his name into poker history forever, putting on a true masterclass on PokerStars. In just one Saturday night, he managed to win two prestigious events at once: $530 Stud ($8,357) and $530 HORSE ($11,082), capturing his record 19th WCOOP title and 31st COOP series victory. This allowed the Brit to pull comfortably ahead of his main pursuers in the all-time rankings — Patrick Leonard (15 wins) and Niklas Astedt (14 trophies).

Meanwhile, in the heavyweight clash of the $25,000 Super High Roller, the regular playing under the screen name "Pwndidi" celebrated victory after overcoming the legendary Linus Loeliger in the final heads-up battle. The 25th anniversary season of the world championship is reaching its final stretch and concludes on September 30: right now, all eyes are on the climax of the three Main Events ($109, $1,050, and $10,300) with a total prize pool of $6,500,000.

🚀 The crypto platform CoinPoker has officially concluded the room's largest-ever tournament festival, the Global Online Poker Championship (GOPC). Over a month of intense battles, the organizers awarded a record-breaking guarantee, handed out over 700 commemorative medals, and distributed $130,000 across special leaderboards Bankroll Boosts.

With the conclusion of this massive series, a huge influx of cryptocurrency liquidity has begun flowing from MTTs back to standard USDT cash tables and private partner clubs. For grinders who value anonymity and fast blockchain transactions, this creates excellent game volume with a stable rakeback from 33%.

🔥 The third stage of the Suprema Poker Tour live series has wrapped up at the picturesque Bendito Cacao Family Resort in the state of São Paulo. The four-day festival gathered hundreds of participants from the largest Latin American B2B union, successfully awarding 1,000,000 Brazilian reals (including 400,000 R$ in the Main Event).

The conclusion of the live festival acted as a powerful catalyst for the eponymous mobile app. Returning home energized by emotions, passionate Brazilian recreationals heavily occupied evening and night PLO5 and NLH tables, providing regular players with non-stop and highly profitable action.

📱 The developers of the PPPoker app continue to delight fans of non-standard poker by integrating an unusual discipline into the client: Drawmaha (an explosive hybrid of 5-card draw and classic Omaha). This format is in huge demand among USA and Asian recreational players, providing a great reason to check out the new tables in search of soft competition.

Meanwhile, leading ClubGG alliances (Donkey Nation, UTPA) and top PokerBROS pools are seeing a strong autumn boost in cash traffic. The center of attention remains the action-packed 5- and 6-card Omaha tables with Double Board Bomb Pots mechanics, where, following the conclusion of tournament series, clubs are offering exclusive conditions and increased rakeback.

🎯 Today, September 29, the traditional autumn festival XL Autumn Series concludes on the European platform 888poker. The ten-day marathon wraps up with decisive battles in two Main Events and popular tournaments in the Mystery Bounty format with massive random bounties. This is the last chance this month to compete for prestigious trophies in relatively soft European fields before rooms switch to their October schedules.

💡 The picture for the last week of September is crystal clear: massive tournament festivals in major public rooms are wrapping up, and thousands of players with freed-up bankrolls are returning to cash games. The highest concentration of recreational players from the USA, Latin America, and Asia is currently found in private mobile alliances ClubGG, Suprema, PPPoker, and PokerBROS.

To safely convert this autumn influx of recreational players into consistent profits, it is essential to trust your bankroll to reliable partners. The CC-Poker platform provides a 100% financial guarantee on your deposits in private clubs, offers access to exclusive VIP deals with maximum rakeback, and guarantees instant cryptocurrency cashouts.
